Frank has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years, has closed over a billion dollars in residential mortgage loans, and previously owned a mortgage company for 13 years. He prides himself on helping homeowners get educated on the products, the process, and using homeownership as a financial tool.    

He is also the founder of Velocity of Money, where the goal is to help the financial problem in America, which is savings and retirement. In his programs, he created several products that show people how to become real estate millionaires by using the "Banks' money to buy the property and the Tenants' money to pay off the property".    

Frank instructs and coaches about the power of leveraging the bank’s money to create long-term wealth. He's extremely passionate about helping people retire through real estate with his extensive hands-on experience as a real estate investor.
